Every December, L’ecole Consulting opens the doors of a Live2Lead-standard leadership conference to young people who would otherwise never be in the room.
The 2026 Youth Leadership Conference is a one-day event for unemployed youths, students, teachers, career changers and young professionals. It is free for everyone who attends, and it exists only because sponsors pay for it.
Our pre-event campaign reaches the poor, unemployed youths, students, teachers and young professionals across Lagos, with places awarded on application.
It is convened by Evbusogie Osojie, Founder and Managing Partner of L’ecole Consulting and host of the Lagos Live2Lead Conference.

Places are awarded on application, and go to the people least able to pay for them.

Over the last decade it has partnered with leading organisations across banking, insurance, financial services, manufacturing, healthcare and technology. The Youth Leadership Conference is its social impact event, run alongside the Lagos Live2Lead Business Leaders Conference each year.
The conference is convened by Evbusogie Osojie, who is also Founder and Executive Director of The Dew of Heaven Foundation, through which she leads work in healthcare support, poverty alleviation, youth mentorship, prison rehabilitation, widow empowerment and support for orphanages.
