
Introduction
Most organizations understand that their success is primarily dependent on how effectively, individuals’/team leaders can build a well-functioning team in order to provide agile, fast, efficient customized quality products and services.
However, it is at times very difficult to get people to work well in a team. You can’t mandate that people work like a team. People have to want to work together; they have to see how to do it. There has to be an environment for it and that takes time to create.
Participants will learn on the program how to better function optimally in a team and deliver on both personal and organizational objectives.
