We are L'ECOLE Consulting
A business consulting, learning and development firm building capacity and competence in Nigerian organisations.
L’ECOLE Consulting Nigeria, established in 2013, is a Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN)-accredited learning and development firm that partners with organisations to unlock leadership potential, transform workplace culture and build future-ready capabilities.
We have a strong focus on identifying and meeting the training needs of organisations, and on building the capacity and competence that make employees more responsive and more effective in their roles.
Our expertise spans leadership development, talent management, sales effectiveness, customer experience, business communication, finance and organisational transformation. That work has helped clients strengthen leadership pipelines, improve productivity, drive performance excellence and achieve sustainable growth.
We have delivered across banking, financial services, insurance, healthcare, manufacturing, energy, aviation, hospitality and technology — for organisations including Bank of Industry, Guaranty Trust Bank, Ecobank, Access Bank, First Bank, Airtel Nigeria, AXA Mansard and Renaissance Energy, among many others.
How we work
-
Understand the need
We start by diagnosing the actual capability gap — not the symptom. That means talking to the people who will attend, and the people who manage them.
-
Design the programme
We build the content around your context: your sector, your customers, the situations your teams genuinely face.
-
Deliver and engage
Our facilitators run practical, participative sessions. People practise, not just listen.
-
Reinforce the learning
Behaviour drifts without reinforcement. We agree what happens after the session so the change holds.
Our board
Board of Directors
The people who set the firm's direction.
