Managing Partner and Lead Facilitator, L'ECOLE Consulting

Learning and development consultant with over 25 years in banking, training and consulting.

Evbusogie leads L'ECOLE Consulting and facilitates its flagship leadership programmes. She spent fourteen years at Guaranty Trust Bank, where she managed the Commercial Banking Team in Victoria Island and served as Programme Director of the Commercial Banking Group Credit School, working across commercial, corporate and retail business development, operations, strategy and training.

She is a global winner of the prestigious Cranfield University Service Award 2023 and currently serves as International President of the Cranfield University Nigeria Alumni Chapter.

She has led strategic projects including setting up the finance function of a global bank's subsidiary, migrating financial reporting standards (GAAP/IFRS, GAAP/FRS102) and implementing the European Banking Authority's CRD IV regulatory reporting.

He serves as Country Director for the Maxwell Leadership Foundation in Nigeria, overseeing the Foundation's projects here, and as Regional Director for West Africa, overseeing operations and expansion across nine African countries. For over eleven years he was Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer at Meadow Hall Group.

Her consulting work also covers editing, speech writing and speaking at life-skills seminars for government and non-governmental organisations.
