Introduction
True ethics means holding oneself to the highest level of ethical behavior, because you want to-not because not because you are afraid of getting caught or punished. Business ethics on the other hand, is a body of moral principles or values governing or distinctive of a particular organization or group. This course is designed to help participants understand the concept of ethics, workplace ethics and what it means to be ethical. A few ethical frameworks will be looked at for participants to determine which is most suitable for them.
